Workers, shoppers, elderly visitors to the Little Saigon Shopping Centre, Footscray, perform in a series of karaoke videos to the beat of Paris By Night, an iconic cabaret show celebrated by the Vietnamese diaspora. The videos were presented and performed to during a local arts festival on the centre’s rooftop carpark.
